About
I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
My research focuses on how organizations can better listen to employees, support creative ideas, and create workplaces where people from all backgrounds can contribute and thrive. I study
-
employee voice,
-
creativity and innovation,
-
social hierarchies,
-
and socio-economic mobility and inclusion of first-generation employees at work.
At the heart of my work is a simple question:
How can organizations better recognize the agency people bring to their work and harness it to improve work processes and policies and drive innovation?
